Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change is essential
Maintain a log book ensuring the control of staff usage of all power tools
Ensure all activated alarms are recorded in the relevant log book
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment including related areas
Answering of telephones and assist with the resolving of queries.

Ensuring that all invoicing is up to date and sent to Finance timeously
Ensure Contractor invoices are correct, approved by the Technical Manager and sent through to Finance for payment
Ensure all contractors receive identity badges before commencing work within the hospital.
Ensure the Technical Manager is kelp abreast of staff’s leave, sick leave or other
Assisting the technical Manager with administrative functions relating to the Technical services Department

Candidate Requirements/ Experience:
Matric/Grade 12
Computer literacy on Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet is a pre-requisite
Maintain administrative records to the system and report statistics when required.
General administration duties.

Excellent Telephone Etiquette
