REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Two years? experience as a Credit Controller
Responsible for recovering all the debt from medical aids and patients
Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong influencing and communication skills
Competent and attention to detail
Computer literate

KEY OUTPUTS:
Prepare documentation of all accounts in connection with their remittances
Capture the remittances
Liaise with medical aid and patients to resolve account queries/shortfalls
Posting ERA?s
Work through age analysis on a daily basis
Refund requisitions
Control outstanding medical aid accounts
Prepare documentation of all accounts in connection with their remittances
Process and submit various Medical Aid accounts
Complete daily additional functions accurately
Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the image of the company in a professional manner
Ability to cope under pressure
